Before you make a choice about your body—pause. Ask: “Does this support the life God is breathing into me today?” Let this question shape your habits, no matter how small.
Reminder:
You are not running on empty. The very Spirit who raised Jesus lives in you. That power isn’t distant—it’s daily.
