List 3 areas in your life where you feel emotionally or spiritually fragile (parenting, marriage, purpose, etc.).
Beside each one, write how you wish you felt: bold, steady, at peace, full of joy.
Then pray: “Lord, strengthen me in my inner being where I feel weak. Fill these spaces with Your power and love.”
Finally, rewrite those 3 areas with faith-filled declarations (e.g., “In my parenting, I am rooted in Christ’s love, not my perfection”).
Choose one of these truths and repeat it every time you feel tired, anxious, or unseen:
“His love holds me.”
“I am rooted and secure.”
“God’s strength is in me.”
Say it. Breathe it. Believe it.
You are not running on empty. You are rooted in endless abundance.
When life makes you feel small, scattered, or unworthy, remember: His love is not meant to be figured out—it’s meant to fill you.
