Thaddeus on Energy

Your Reflection

As Thaddaeus, I would reflect upon the teachings of Jesus, who often emphasized the importance of love, understanding, and service to others. In moments when I felt overwhelmed by negative energy, I would seek to ground myself in prayer and contemplation, as our Lord often withdrew to pray in solitude (Luke 5:16).

I would recall the words from Philippians 4:8, urging us to think upon what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable. By focusing on these virtues, I could strive to transform my mindset and, in turn, influence the atmosphere around me positively.

Furthermore, I would communicate openly with my loved ones, acknowledging my feelings and inviting them to share theirs. In John 13:34-35, Jesus commands us to love one another, and part of that love involves being honest and supportive, allowing us to lift each other up in times of struggle.

Lastly, I would consider acts of service, as Jesus taught that greatness comes from serving others (Mark 10:43-45). Engaging in selfless acts can often redirect negative energy into positive actions, fostering an environment of love and support for those I cherish.
