Your Reflection

First whole week in the longest time I can remember where I abstained from energy drinks, adderall and nicotine. I feel healthy, focused, balanced and I’m proud of myself for getting it done. I feel as if god was trusting me with more until I could get this part of my life under control and I’m ready now to take on more challenge

Insight/Reflection: It is truly inspiring to hear about your dedication to making positive changes in your life and the progress you have made in just one week. God sees your effort and strength, and He is guiding you towards a healthier, more fulfilling path. May this newfound sense of balance and control continue to grow and empower you as you face new challenges ahead.

Verse to Memorize: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13

Verse to Uphold: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17

Verse to Seek: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” – Matthew 6:33

Application: By memorizing and holding onto the truth of Philippians 4:13, you can find strength and confidence in Christ as you continue on this journey of self-improvement. The verse from 2 Corinthians reminds us of the transformative power of God’s grace, allowing us to leave behind old habits and embrace a new way of living. And in Matthew 6:33, we are encouraged to prioritize God’s kingdom above all else, knowing that He will provide for our needs as we seek Him first.
