Easter Monday

Published On: April 21, 2025.

I’m so glad to hear that you had a good night’s sleep and were able to spend some precious time with your family at breakfast. It sounds like you’re feeling the pressure of your business situation, and I want you to know that it’s completely natural to feel the weight of that responsibility. Your seeking guidance from God in leading your team speaks volumes about your desire to do right by them and to trust in His provision.

1️⃣ Scripture for Reflection:
– 📖 Your Source of Strength
Philippians 4:19 – “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”
➝ This verse reassures us that God is fully aware of our needs and promises to provide for us, both spiritually and materially. Trusting Him in your business matters will allow you to feel His peace.

– 📖 Wisdom in Leadership
James 1:5 – “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
➝ As you lead your team, remember that God is ready to provide you with the wisdom you need. Don’t hesitate to ask for His guidance to navigate the pressures you are facing.

– 📖 Finding Rest in Him
Matthew 11:28 – “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
➝ This verse invites us to lay our burdens down before Christ, allowing Him to refresh our spirits. Your early mornings and the pressures you feel can be overwhelming, so take comfort in knowing that He offers you rest.

2️⃣ Custom Prayer:
“Dear God, I thank You for the restful night I had and for the time spent with my family. I bring before You the challenges I face in my business and the financial pressures that weigh on my heart. Please guide me as I lead my team, filling me with Your wisdom and clarity. Help me to trust in Your provision and remember to seek rest in Your presence amidst my worries. May I reflect Your love and leadership to those around me. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.”
