In our daily lives, it’s easy to prioritize material goals and societal achievements. However, Jesus reminds us here that seeking God’s kingdom and righteousness should be the primary pursuit. When we prioritize our spiritual growth and align our hearts with God’s purpose, He promises that our material needs will also be met. This verse challenges us to evaluate our priorities and ensure that our deepest desires align with God’s will.

Custom Prayer:

Lord, I come to You acknowledging my hunger for worldly achievements and material gains. Help me to prioritize seeking Your kingdom and righteousness above all else. Align my heart with Yours so that my desires reflect Your will. Thank You for the assurance that as I put You first, You will provide for all my needs. I trust in Your divine plan for my life.
