Ephesians 6:13

“Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”

Application:

This verse calls us to prepare ourselves spiritually for the challenges we may face. By equipping ourselves with the full armor of God—the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and sword of the Spirit—we become fortified to stand firm against adversity. It’s a reminder to be proactive in our faith life and seek strength from God continually.

Lord God, I come before You humbly, seeking Your strength and guidance. Help me to put on the full armor You have provided so that I may stand firm in times of trial. Grant me the wisdom to walk in truth, righteousness, and peace. Strengthen my faith and cover my mind with Your saving grace. Armed with Your Spirit, I stand ready and steady.
