James 1:22

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.”

Application:

This verse urges us to put our faith into action by living according to the teachings of the Bible. Mere listening or knowledge without application can be self-deceptive. Genuine faith requires both hearing and doing — acting out our beliefs in daily life. By integrating the Word into our actions, we grow spiritually and positively impact those around us.
