Verse: Matthew 6:33

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Application:

This verse instructs us on prioritizing God’s kingdom and His righteousness in our lives. Often, it’s easy to become consumed with our daily needs and the pressures that come with them. However, Jesus teaches us that by placing our divine relationship and pursuits at the forefront, the rest will inevitably follow. This is a call to trust God’s provision as a consequence of our obedience.

Gracious Lord, thank You for Your promise of provision as we seek Your kingdom and righteousness above all else. Help me to focus on You each day, trusting that you will supply all my needs. Guide me in making choices that honor and elevate Your kingdom. Grant me the peace and assurance that comes from knowing You will take care of the rest as I remain faithful. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
