Proverbs 16:9

“In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”

Application:

This verse serves as a powerful reminder that while we may make plans, it is the Lord who ultimately determines our path. While it’s important to set goals and plan ahead, being open to God’s guidance allows us to live more fully in His purpose for our lives. By submitting our plans to Him and trusting that He will guide our steps, we find true stability and direction.

Dear God, thank You for guiding my steps and establishing my path. Help me to remember that despite my own planning, it is Your will that prevails.
