Bible Verse: Colossians 3:12 (NIV) “Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.” Application: This verse challenges us to embody the virtues that reflect our identity as God’s chosen and beloved children. As we go through our daily interactions, we are called to put on these attitudes as if they were clothing. Compassion and kindness help us connect deeply with others, humility reminds us of our dependence on God, and gentleness and patience allow us to navigate life’s challenges gracefully. Let these qualities be evident in our words and actions so they can testify to God’s work within us. Let’s Pray: Dear Lord, thank You for choosing and loving me as Your own. Help me to express this identity through the way I live each day. Teach me to clothe myself with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience as I interact with others. Strengthen me to reflect Your love in practical ways, serving as a light in the world. May my actions bring honor and glory to Your holy name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
