Verse Of The Week

Isaiah 30:15 (NIV)

Isaiah 30:15 (NIV)

“This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says: ‘In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.’”

This week's action:

Action:

1. Pause Before Reacting – Before responding to stress, temptation, or conflict—stop and breathe. Ask God for wisdom in the quiet. 2. Create a Rest Rhythm – Dedicate 10–30 minutes daily to rest without noise: no screens, no to-do list. Just prayer or silent reflection. 3. Practice Repentance Daily – Take inventory of your heart. What needs to be surrendered or confessed? Return to God with humility. 4. Strengthen Trust Muscles – Write down one situation where you’re tempted to take control—and instead pray, “God, I trust You with this.”

How:

R.E.S.T. Method Repent: Honestly turn your heart back to God. Exhale: Let go of control and the illusion of self-sufficiency. Sit with God: No agenda, just presence. Trust: Speak or journal one truth you’re holding onto today.

Reminder:

✨ You don’t need to earn rest. ✨ God’s strength flows through stillness, not effort. ✨ Trusting Him isn’t passive—it’s spiritual warfare in disguise.
